Is round-trip shipping included?
Standard round-trip ground shipping is included when the applicable minimum rental term is met. Delivery location, timing, and any special freight requirements are confirmed before scheduling.
Can I lease a T.O.S.S. T1 tramp oil separator?
Yes. EdjeTech offers the T1 through a monthly rental program. Request a quote to confirm unit availability, the minimum rental term, and the configuration for your application.
Can the rental be converted to a purchase?
Yes. When a rental is converted within the first three months, 60% of paid rental fees can be applied toward the T1 purchase price. EdjeTech confirms the current purchase terms with the quotation.
Which skimmer configuration is included?
The standard rental setup includes a vertical skimmer for typical shallow reservoirs. A ballast skimmer can be specified for deeper reservoirs or fluid levels that vary significantly. EdjeTech confirms the correct setup during the application review.
Can one rental unit serve several sumps?
Yes. A T1 can move between compatible independent reservoirs on a planned schedule. Reservoir volume, oil loading, available treatment time, and the required number of fluid turnovers determine whether one unit is practical for the group.
What utility does the T1 require?
The rental unit operates on shop air at about 30 PSI. It does not require an electrical connection, and clarified fluid returns to the reservoir by gravity.
What fluids can the T.O.S.S. T1 treat?
The T1 is used with compatible water-based coolants, synthetic metalworking fluids, and alkaline wash water carrying free, dispersed, or loosely emulsified tramp oil. EdjeTech confirms fluid compatibility before the rental is configured.
