Low Speed & High Efficiency

High Efficiency, Low Speed Centrifuge
The Line Backer tm Centrifuge is a low speed (700 rpm) triple-bowl design. Due to its advanced engineering it achieves the same performance as a high-speed centrifuge.

The Line Backer tm Centrifuge comes in Double-bowl or Triple-bowl design.  The Double-bowl centrifuge has a maximum flow rate of 15 GPM and the Triple-Bowl has a maximum flow rate of 30 GPM.  Your application requires more than 30 GPM, No problem; by combining centrifuges together we can meet your application requirements affordably.

The Double-Bowl or Triple-Bowl centrifuge can be purchased as a single unit or combined with a solids pickup system, clean fluid holding tank, and clean fluid supply pump to work off of an existing sump or replace the sump.

CRS-15 Literature CRS-30 Literature

The CMS-15 is a 15 GPM rated centrifuge with a base. This unit is used on the outside of a tank and requires a supply pump which can be provided by EdjeTech or the client.

The contaminated fluid is discharged from the supply pump into the centrifuge where the solids are removed by the spinning bowls. The solids are pushed against the side of the bowls and the fluid flows up and over the bowls and drains out the side of the CMS-15.

Paper Bed Filter

Back

Paper Bed Filter

The paper bed filter removes contaminants from liquids such as water soluble fluids, detergent water, cutting oils, grinding fluids, and more!

No more changing bag filters!  Our paper bed filter automatically advances the filter paper as the dirt builds up.  As the paper moves forward and allows the fluid to strain through the paper, the conveyor stops advancing.  That is much easier than shutting down a system, struggling to open a vessel, pulling out a dirty, water filled bag that drips all over the floor!

The polluting particles can be metallic or non metallic.  The filtration degree is determined by the choice of the filter cloth.  All purifiers can also be produced in stainless steel for corrosive liquids, pure water and the food industry.

A complete system consists of paper bed conveyor, clean holding tank, swarf box to hold spent paper, clean fluid return pump, and 460v / 3PH / 60Hz electrical.

DMD Series Magnetic Separator (Back)

The magnetic separator is a heavy duty magnet that removes ferrous particulate and is designed to extend the life of water-based coolants, synthetics and alkaline wash water by removing metallic fines of 0.25” x 0.25” or smaller.  Our magnetic separator has a very high percentage of particulate removal which helps keep the fluid clean as well as protect pumps and supply lines from premature failure.  It is built for the industrial sector using thick steel magnetic steel discs and metal wipers.  The fines coming from the magnetic separator slide down the discharge shoot with minimal fluid drag off. They can be used as stand alone units or combined with our paper bed filter systems to reduce roll media usage.

Applications for the separator can be found in metalworking facilities on machines such as grinding, turning and general machining operations. They are used as well in the mechanical, chemical, dyeing, food, glass, washing, painting, and water treatment industry.

How the magnetic separator works
The dirty fluid flows into the back of the separator and into a shallow holding pan where the magnetic discs continually turn attracting the ferrous fines.  The shallow holding pan will fill and overflow back into the reservoir from which it came.  As the metal fine layer on the magnetic discs builds, it is removed by the metal wipers.  The fines then slowly build up on the discharge shoot until they slide down into a client provided holding container (i.e. 55 gallon drum).

High Flow Magnetic Separator

The DMD P Magnetic Separator is made to separate ferrous metals from contaminated fluid at very high flow rates.  These units can be combined with a tank to handle several machines at once as a central filtration system or stand alone to accommodate higher flow machinery.

Combination Paper Bed Filter with Magnetic Separator

Back

DCO Filter System

Gravity Flow Filtration Unit with Magnetic Separator (Literature)

The DCO Filter System combines a magnetic separator to remove ferrous metal fines and a paper filter to remove non-ferrous materials.

The magnetic separator removes ferrous metals to help reduce paper media consumption.

The paper bed filter purifies liquids of different types (water-emulsion-solution-oil) from solid pollution (such as slag and residual working products).

Usually connected to the machine tools they are as well used in other sectors (in the mechanical, chemical, dyeing, food, glass, washing, painting, water treatment industry).

The polluting particles can be metallic (max. mm 6x6) or non metallic (max. mm 4x4). The filtration degree is determined by the choice of the filter cloth. All purifiers can also be produced in stainless steel for corrosive liquids, pure water and food industry.

Models with higher capacity than standard are available.
