CCRS

Central Coolant Recycling System

The CCRS is used to clarify large volumes of coolant with various process rates and is custom designed for individual facility needs.

This system is used as an in-line filter for high flow coolant applications such as you would see in large machining facilities.

The CCRS removes bulk particulate down to 30 microns or lower and tramp oil down to 1/4 of 1% by volume.

It is important to maintain clean coolant to keep the bacteria and fungus under control, reduce machine maintenance, extend coolant life, and reduce concentrate purchases and hauling costs.

Total Effectiveness
  • Reduces waste disposal costs
  • Reduces new fluid purchases
  • Quick system payback
  • Easy to operate
